Today, June 8, marks the birthday of a gorgeous, intelligent, and dedicated personality, Abigail Mensah.
Ms Mensah is said to have joined the Ghana Education Service barely a year ago. She hasn’t only shown glimpses of her understanding of the profession but had demonstrated a class of versatility since her posting to the Ashalaja M/A 1 Basic in the Greater Accra Region.

She has, within this short stint with GES, inculcated in her pupils the ability to read and developed their skills in that line.
Joyce Ametico, a lady who describes herself as a friend of Abigail’s and a sister from another mother, told AwodaPa: “Madam Abigail is like a light that disperses darkness. She is such an illuminating figure whose presence brings joy and satisfaction to all of us.

“I have no doubt in my mind that she is among the few 21st-century facilitators [teachers] who are on top of their work.”
Ms Ametico wished the celebrant prosperous years ahead, adding that greater things await her as she journeys on in life.

“On behalf of my colleagues, I wish her a magnificent birthday celebration and many more years to celebrate great birthdays. Cheers, dear,” she said.
