[VIDEO]: The Kempinski surprise party for a radio DJ

A radio disc jockey with Accra-based 3FM in the Greater Accra Region, Larry Amable, has shared his emotional moments last Tuesday, April 19, when the station’s mid-morning host, Miriam Osei Agyemang, surprised him with a birthday party at the plush Kempinski Hotel.

In his first-ever experience of a surprise birthday party, Mr Amable said he was overwhelmed with joy when the waiters and waitresses of the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City Accra ‘ambushed’ him amid singing and dancing.

“Yes, it was my first ever surprise birthday party. I had never had such a thing before, and that made me emotional. If you watch the video, you will see that I was speechless. I didn’t know what to say or do. It was a very refreshing experience,” Larry Amable told AwodaPa.

He said he was very grateful to Ms Miriam Osei Agyemang and her team for honouring him on his birthday.
