The Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram, Samuel Nartey George, has said he takes marriage lessons from his parents, who today, April 16, celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary.
In celebrating his parents in a Facebook post, Mr Nartey, also known as Sam Dzata George, said Mr and Mrs George have been a shining example of how to make a marriage work.
“Today marks the 45th wedding anniversary of my parents. It is amazing to watch them celebrate their love over the years and continue to be an example of how to make a marriage work,” he said.
Sam Dzata George added, “I’ve seen the ups and downs, the victories and challenges, the determination to succeed together. I can only be inspired as I also celebrate 10 years on this journey later this year. 45 hearty cheers to Ago George Gau and Gladys George. Old boy and old girl, continue to inspire.”
